Wen Fitness offers tailor-made fitness programs and personal training to clients of all fitness levels and abilities. Our Elite Class Trainers take every individual goals and current lifestyle into account and customize a program specifically for them that is guaranteed to yield long-term results.
As well as having One-on-One private training, Wen Fitness also offers Semi-Private and Group training. In Semi-Private training, you can either workout with a small group of your personal friends, or you can be put in a small group of people at set times during the week. The sessions are designed to keep progressing with you as you get stronger and faster during the course of the program.
With Group training, the class times would be pre-determined as well and the class would be run “BootCamp” Style by 2 to 3 trainers and multiple circuit stations, making it a fun and fast-paced workout experience.

It was roughly seven years ago that a chronic back pain condition prevented me from playing ice hockey. A physical therapist recommended that I try a yoga class because he believed my condition was caused by hip and quad tightness. Wen makes training fun. I have been working with her for three years and during that time, I have lost inches and gained strength which makes everyday tasks much easier.
