Meet Wen Miller, Personal Trainer

Wen Miller, Personal TrainerWen has over 25 years experience as a personal trainer in exercise, nutrition and health & fitness. Her vast and well-rounded background as a personal trainer of physical fitness, allows her to assess your individual needs and design a Personal Training program custom-fitted to your unique situation. You will be pleased with the results gained through her attention to you and your personal fitness goals!

Wen also has in depth knowledge of classic yoga and traditional Northern Shaolin style Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Bagua & Yang style Taiqi Quan. Her impressive career in martial arts began under the World-renowned Grand Master Anthony Goh of Baltimore and she has won several International level completions in forms, weapons and sparring. She instructs children and adults alike and is accustomed to working with clients of varying levels and abilities.

Wen's vast and well-rounded background in physical fitness, allows her to assess your individual needs and design a personal program for you.

Sherri Deveraux Miller, Personal Trainer

Sherri MillerSherri holds certifications in Personal Training by ISSA, as well as Group Fitness and Water Aerobics certifications. She is also certified in lifeguarding and First Aid (Red Cross). She has a background in education, but a passion for fitness with over 10 years of experience in the field. Her passion for fitness began with swim teams and weight training with her mother. Her approach to fitness emphasizes age and gender-appropriate programming with a focus on strength training balanced with yoga, flexibility, and aquatic training.
